MARRIAGE CONTRACT

A couple who's married, or intends to marry, may enter in a Marriage Contract (sometimes referred to as a “Prenuptial Agreement”) that covers their respective rights and obligations while they're married and in the event of their separation or death.

Ownership or division of property;
Support obligations;
Children's education, (not the right to custody and access); and
