Marriage and Cohabitation Agreements are particularly recommended when one spouse owns a disproportionate amount of property in comparison to the other spouse, and/or where there are substantial business interests, particularly in family businesses. We can help our clients define their own Property Sharing Regime during cohabitation or upon separation.
